Review: The skirt waistband is very Stretchy. Based off reviews I got a size smaller, XS, and I'm glad I did as it may have been very baggy around the waist band. However it does make the skirt a tiny bit shorter however I would probably wear this with tights anyway. Very soft and comfortable.
